Because
leather is a natural product, it needs little or no care during normal use.
However in the event that you have a spot or spill, the following cleaning hints
should help.
Keep it clean. Vacuum and dust
often to prevent pollutants from creating a build up.
Avoid placing
your furniture in direct sunlight. Though most leathers are resistant to
fading, direct, prolonged exposure to the sun will cause the colors to fade.
Keep your furniture away
from radiators and other sources of heat.
Do not leave newspapers on leather
furniture. The ink in the newsprint may be absorbed into the leather.
Avoid excessive hard
rubbing or soaking and always allow damp leather to air dry, never use hair
dryers or other appliances to dry leather.
Avoid sitting on your
sofa's back and arms. Severe impact could damage the frame. |
