The Two
Week Rule
Should you
collect goods packed in boxes and choose to store them, check the goods prior
to storage. Whilst warranty covers
manufacturing faults it does not cover transport damage. Damage to boxed goods is a very grey area if
there are no outward signs of damage to the packaging. This becomes especially pertinent in the event
that you organize your own transport.
You are welcome to inspect boxed goods on collection, however if you
unpack the goods six months after you collected them and discover damages, we
are less likely to offer an exchange.
Consequently, Going Going Green will give you two weeks from
the purchase date to make any claims for transport damage if it can be
shown that it is not your fault.
